Go to your Contacts

Then "lists"

Long Press iCLOUD

Then Export

Then download the VCF file.
(Google does not recognize VCF so you must convert it to CSV file)

Use a file converter.

Import the downloaded VCF file to the tool and hit convert.

Download the new CSV file.

Then go to https://contacts.google.com/

Select “import”

Import your new CSV file.
